Return Policy

We have a 30 day refund and exchange policy. If it has been more than 30 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item arrived damaged due to our error, please send a photo and description of the damage to 

Non-refundable items include:

* Shipping Costs
* Gift cards
* Personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank account. 

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged, send us an email at with a photo and description of the damage. Please note that many of our items are one of a kind and will no be able to be reproduced. Items provided by Printful (many of our clothing items and accessories) are not eligible for exchange. Please use the sizing guides before purchasing.

If the item you received was a gift, please contact the original purchaser to process your return or exchange. 

The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
